A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a verbal or WhatsApp confirmation from Mandeep Travels (9501859291). Filling the form on the website initiates the booking process but does not guarantee availability until confirmed by us.
Taxi fares are agreed at the time of booking and are fixed for the stated route. Fares may vary based on vehicle type, route, season and waiting time. Toll charges, parking and state permit charges (if any) are payable extra by the passenger.
Cancellations made 6 or more hours before the scheduled departure are free of charge. Cancellations within 6 hours of departure may attract a nominal cancellation fee. No-shows (passenger not available at pickup time) will be charged the full fare.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Mandeep Travels is not liable for loss or damage to luggage. Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
Mandeep Travels reserves the right to provide an equivalent vehicle in case the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Our drivers follow all traffic laws and may decline trips that violate safety norms.
